Who Are We

The Spark

It started with a solo traveller and a simple observation.

Harsha had been travelling alone for years - not out of necessity, but out of pure joy. New cities, local cafes, hidden beaches, conversations with strangers that changed something in her. She knew what it felt like to find yourself somewhere unfamiliar and realise you were never lost at all.

But she kept noticing something. Most women around her couldn't even walk into a café alone. Not because they didn't want to - but because something always stopped them. Fear of being judged. Not feeling safe. Not having someone to go with. A hundred small reasons that quietly added up to a life lived smaller than it should be.

That observation became a question: What if we could give women that feeling - the wildness of solo travel, the freedom of going somewhere new - but with the safety of other women around them?

That question became Harsham.

What Harsham Is

Harsham is a women-only community built around one belief - that joy is not a reward for when life settles down. It's something you choose, right now, exactly as you are.

We create experiences that help women break their routines, dissolve their patterns, and rediscover parts of themselves they'd quietly shelved. Not through workshops or wellness schedules - but through real travel, real connection, and the kind of laughter that only happens when you're somewhere new with women who just get it.

Every experience we design carries Harsha's original philosophy of travel - not the surface of a place, but its inside story. Crowd-free spots. Local curated moments. The chai that a guidebook would never find. That final touch of joy that makes you think I didn't know travel could feel like this.

We also believe something that sounds simple but isn't: making new friends after a certain age is genuinely hard. Harsham exists to make it easy again.

What Harsham Is Not

We want to be honest about this because it matters.

Harsham is not a health retreat. It's not for women who travel with checklists. It's not a networking event, a pitch room, a competition, or a place to perform your best life for an audience.

It's a judgement-free zone. Full stop.

Come as you are. Leave as someone a little more yourself.

Who Builds It

Harsham is run by a small team of women who all found themselves in the same place - craving experiences that were real, joyful, and built with genuine care. We don't have a corporate hierarchy or a boardroom. We have a WhatsApp group, a shared obsession with good experiences, and a deep belief that women's communities should feel like coming home.

If you've been to a Harsham event and felt that pull to be part of building something - that feeling is an invitation. We're always looking for women who want a seat at the table.

Where We Are Now

Harsham started on Women's Day 2026 with a small gathering in Hyderabad. Since then - four events, 50+ women, one upcoming Goa trip, and a community that keeps growing because the women in it keep bringing other women in. We're early. We're intentional. And we're just getting started.

Harsham isn't something you join. It's somewhere you finally feel like yourself.
