Terms & Conditions

• •A spot is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment (50% of total trip fee).
• •Confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp/email within 24 hours of payment.
• •Harsham reserves the right to decline a registration if the applicant does not meet community fit criteria.
• •Total trip capacity is limited to 10 seats. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

• •Advance: 50% of the total fee due at the time of registration to confirm your seat.
• •Balance: Remaining 50% due by 9th July 2026 (2 weeks before the trip).
• •Accepted payment methods: UPI / Bank Transfer (details shared upon registration).
• •Seats are not held without payment. An unpaid registration does not constitute a confirmed spot.

• •Before 25th June 2026 (30+ days): 75% refund of amount paid.
• •25th June – 9th July 2026 (15–30 days): 50% refund of amount paid.
• •10th July – 22nd July 2026 (less than 14 days): No refund.
• •Day of travel or no-show: No refund.
• •Cancellations must be communicated in writing via WhatsApp or email to the Harsham team.
• •Harsham strongly recommends arranging personal travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.

• •Your spot may be transferred to another eligible woman with prior written approval from Harsham.
• •The replacement participant must meet community fit criteria and be approved by the team.
• •Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the trip.

• •Harsham reserves the right to modify the itinerary, activities, or villa arrangements due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
• •In the unlikely event of a full trip cancellation by Harsham, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded within 7 working days.
• •Harsham is not responsible for changes to or costs of individual travel arrangements (flights, trains) made by participants.

✓ Included:

• •Villa accommodation (twin share, 3 nights).
• •Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (Vegetarian).
• •All curated group activities mentioned in the itinerary.
• •Intra-Goa transport for group activities.

✕ Not Included:

• •Travel to and from Goa (flights, trains, buses).
• •Personal shopping, non-vegetarian food, alcohol, or individual expenses.
• •Any activity opted outside the group itinerary like cafes.
• •Travel insurance.

• •Harsham is a women-only, inclusive, and safe space. Discriminatory, disrespectful, or harmful behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.
• •Harsham reserves the right to ask a participant to leave the trip if their behaviour disrupts the safety or wellbeing of the group. No refund will be issued in such cases.
• •All participants are expected to be present and engaged — this is a community experience, not a solo retreat.

• •Group photos and videos may be captured during the trip for Harsham's social media and marketing purposes.
• •If you prefer not to appear in any content, please inform the Harsham team before the trip begins.
• •Participants may not share any content that identifies other women on the trip without their explicit consent.

• •Participants are responsible for their own physical fitness and health during the trip.
• •Please inform the Harsham team of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements at the time of registration.
• •Harsham is not liable for any injury, illness, death or loss of personal belongings during the trip.

• •Personal information shared at registration (name, contact, emergency contact) will be used solely for trip coordination and will not be shared with third parties.
• •By registering, you consent to being added to the Harsham Goa trip WhatsApp group for communication purposes.

• •You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
• •You are 18 years of age or older.
• •You understand and accept the cancellation and refund policy.
